catch the grass ring

etsy grass ring

People are always referring to our “green thumbs”. How about wearing a little patch of grass on your ring finger? Nice twist, don’t you think? I came across this here on Etsy, and just had to share it with my gardening friends.

“Emerald green lawn” may have just taken on a new connotation…

Then you could get your kitty to “mow” it when it gets too long. :)

Grace~I’m imagining the reaction of Sammy’s digestive tract…not a pretty thought.

wow – ha ha it’d be easy to tend this thing!

Wendy~Especially since it is fake grass…forgot to mention that.

Ricki~~ To answer your question about Phygelius, the only thing I can say is that it’s pure dumb luck. My friend Carol, who lives less than a mile away has had trouble keeping hers alive and has finally given up growing it. Yet in my garden it has actually spread quite prolifically. It doesn’t get a lot of water and it’s crowded by other plants. Maybe benign neglect?
